Refund policy

Return Policy

You may return any item purchased from us within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. Only one opened package of any product in a shipment is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in unopened and original condition to receive a full refund. Failure by the carrier to deliver a shipment on time is not accepted as a reason for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed based on your original form of payment. Opened or damaged items may only be eligible for partial refund or merchandise credit. You may mail the product and receipt to:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, include a copy of the receipt, pay for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Order Changes & Cancellation

We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If by any chance you need to cancel or change something and your order has not shipped, email us at hello@stream2sea.com and we will cancel or try to make the changes to your order. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

Defective Items

If item(s) is/are faulty or defective, or if we made an error in the shipment, we would be happy to work with you to get replacement products shipped right out. Please email us immediately at hello@stream2sea.com with your name, order # and phone #.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is an item missing from the shipment, please contact us at hello@stream2sea.com with your name, order # and phone # within five (5) days of receipt so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. Failure to report within the time period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To help us address your claim, we encourage you to not only provide required package information but also additional supporting documentation which includes photos of damaged packages and/or contents. Remember to save all packaging material until the claim is complete.

The carrier that shipped your item(s) will initiate an investigation and may or may not approve the claim upon successful completion of the investigation. If your claim is approved, you should receive payment for the claim amount in your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Lost or Stolen Package

You can file a claim on a package if it has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Before filing a claim, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package.

If you’re still unable to locate the package, please contact us at hello@stream2sea.com with your name, order # and phone # within fourteen (14) days of purchase so we can initiate the claim with the shipping carrier. A proof of non-delivery may also be required for a replacement or a refund. Failure to report within the time period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Once your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first then contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@stream2sea.com
